New York - fully trained chef from Denmark with 17 years of experience from around the world

My name is Bjørn an I`m 36 years old, fully trained chef from Denmark and live in Norway with my wife.. And the reason that I`m writing namely to you is that for 17 years as a chef trawling around the world in places like New York, London, Brisbane and Orlando our DREAM is that we wanna move our entire life to New York permanently...
 
So my quistion to you are if you might think that some restaurant/ hotel ect would like to recive a resume from me and take it seriously?? I can tell you that none of us has a greencard but money ect to apply for that will not be a problem..
